In 2015, We moved to Florida where we stayed for 1 year.
We came back to Boston in 2016, and we started our business again.
We joined the site Care.com 3 years ago but we have customers who've known us for long time.

We go all over the state of MA.
We are based in Boston, but also we have a cousin doing cleaning in New Hampshire.

We have been using VIP Cleaning Services for the last three years. We have never been disappointed with their cleanings. Alex and Patricia are reliable and trustworthy and efficient when they work. I can't say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend! They just finished cleaning my apartment townhome for a move out and did a phenomenal job. They were on time for the appointment and did not take a long time (about 3 hr) but did a very thorough cleaning. Alex was super easy to communicate with from the beginning (email and text) and very responsive. Patricia, his wife, is very very profissional.....

Alex and Patricia do an incredible job!! I've been using them to clean my 2 bedroom apartment for 11 months now, and every time I come home it's like walking into a brand new house. They really take their time with the details, making sure everything is pristine. Alex is super responsive and easy to get ahold of, and he always checks in with at the end of the month to schedule an appointment that is convenient for me. Working with them is effortless- I don't have to remember to call, try to get ahold of someone, and then wait days waiting for a call back. Alex just texts me and boom I'm taken care of.
On top of their great service, their pricing is extremely reasonable. I wouldn't use anyone else in Boston after having such a great experience here!

About 2 years ago we were looking for a new house cleaner. We were hoping to find someone who was both reliable and a good cleaner. We were so lucky to discover Boston VIP Cleaners. They are so much more than we asked for. Boston VIP cleaners is a family business. Alex and his wife are a team. They are very reliable, reasonably priced and excellent cleaners! This is an amazing small business. Honest, respectable, and hard-working. I couldn't be more pleased with their integrity and sense of responsibility. I do not know them personally, as I hired them just a few weeks ago. But their attention to detail and treating the customer fairly, shows that they truly care about being a business of high ethical standards. I can't say enough about this wonderful company.

The first time I met with Alex and his wife was during a heavy snow. They came to do free estimate on the same day even in such bad weather. This time Alex send his cousin Tatianne who also did great job. They are all very dedicate to their job and make sure their clients are satisfied with the cleaning.

Alex is dependable, thorough and always does a fantastic job. I use him for my personal residence as well as rental properties. Anytime I need service, whether it's advance or short notice, Alex responds immediately and always makes time. I have referred Alex to a number of people, as I am one hundred percent satisfied.

This is the first time I have ever used a cleaning service. Apartment cleaning or house cleaning can be a nightmare prior to moving out, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Boston VIP Cleaning definitely helped with making the transition seamless and stress free. I was extremely happy with how my house looks. I would definitely recommend!
