I apologize for the length. My experience was such that I want to be clear.
My name is Sue R. I am a Care member still seeking a housekeeper. I was given a business card for Battle Born Housekeeping a week ago. I called Karen Stone, Owner, and an appointment was set up for today, 11/04/18 @ 10:00a. At 10:20a I called and asked if she recalled our appt. She replied that she was busy with something else. I asked if she was usually this undependable. Defensibly (my opinion, of course), "This is my first day off in 11 days!" "Did you consider calling to let me know...?" Silence followed.
Maybe your exp will be better.
