I called Bark & Meow to get information on cat grooming services and pricing. As far as I can tell this is a one woman business, and the woman I spoke to was very short with me and exasperated that I called for information. She sounded busy so I asked if she had a website, thinking she would prefer me to look there if calling in was inconvenient. She cut me off, sharply saying "I'm going to be honest. I'm way too busy. I do NOT need a website. That's the last thing I need."
Ok... so I asked for her to give me info over the phone. She refused, said she was too busy, she does dogs and that is "a stressful environment for cats" and told me to go to someplace in Edmonds instead. I told her that was too far but thanks anyway. She recommended another place in Seattle but before I could acknowledge what it was called, she hung up on me.
Why call it Bark and Meow if it sounds like you only take dogs? She didn't bother to ask how my catwith dogs. She didn't care to know more information. Sounds like she's got a good client base, but she was extremely rude on the phone, and sreemed rushed and disorganized. I wouldn't put my pet in her hands, much less pay for a service here. Beware!

I've taken my dogs to Bark & Meow for three years and always get them back happy and skillfully groomed. Highly recommend.
