I used Puget Paws to provide in-home visits for our two cats while we went on vacation. From the initial contact, Puget Paws set themselves apart to me with their extremely professional documentation and communication, while still being very personal. I loved getting daily text message updates with pictures after each visit, and the response time when I asked any additional questions about how the cats were doing was very fast. They even checked in one last time to make sure we got home on schedule so the cats didn't have to miss a meal. I will absolutely use Puget Paws next time we are going to be out of town!
