Above and Beyond Home Services is a joke. They charged me extra and then left my house very dirty. I was told I would receive a refund and still have not received it as of a month later. They have an 100% guarantee on their website and a checklist they obliviously do not adhere to.
I was told I would receive a refund but here, a month later, I still have not received it. I paid in cash and didn't understand why they just didn't give me back my cash. They took my money and texted that my house was clean and it was far from it! They even threw away a Thomas the Tank Engine blanket, 2 book bags and my kid's school portraits all in perfect condition. I am offended that they thought I would accept this service.
This company is run my unequipped young adults. Very unprofessional!

I recently moved out of the home I was renting and gotten notification that the owner of the house wanted a deep clean including the carpets and walls. Above and Beyond was able to schedule me within a day, which was perfect timing since I had just finished moving my own furniture out. They were on time and friendly when they first walked in and didn't even require me to stay the whole time they would be cleaning. When they arrived, they brought all their tools in and I didn't need to provide anything. In the end, the landlord and I are both extremely satisfied with the cleaning that was done.

I had my grandmother house cleaning by them and one thing ill tell you i am glad i booked with them, the cleaners came on time and started to work. it was amazing how clean my grandmother house was and booked me the next day. If i need any cleaning i will call them again!
