A Touch of Class (ATOC) is a family owned and operated cleaning and maintenance services business conveniently located to serve the residential communities of south Palm Beach and Broward counties. ATOC's business principles and quality of service are rooted in the corporate and small business management background of ATOC's owners/managers. We have a rigorous screening process and maintain a highly motivated and trained group of cleaning specialists to ensure high ethical standards and quality of service. Our goal is to serve our clients to the best of our ability.

We operate between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday, to serve all your cleaning and maintenance needs. Average cleaning jobs are generally scheduled to start in the morning between 8:00-8:30 AM and in the afternoon approximately between 12:00-1:30 PM. We also clean during emergencies, evenings, Sundays, holidays and special events. For average cleanings, ATOC normally assigns one cleaner to ensure accountability, efficiency, and quality of work. ATOC assigns 2 or more cleaners for large jobs. Each residence is different and cleaning time may vary based on size (sq ft), pets, number of kids or members in the household, and the last time it was cleaned.

Our hourly rate is $25.00 per person hour with our cleaning supplies (liquids) and equipment. If the cleaning supplies and equipment are provided, we lower our rate by 10% to $22.50 per person per hour. These hourly rates become "fixed" prices for our regularly scheduled customers (weekly or every 2 weeks). We assign the same cleaning specialist to our regularly scheduled customers and we work fast but not so fast that we cause injury to ourselvses or break or damage any of your property. There is a minimum charge of 3 1/2 hours per cleaning job. We accept cash, check, or credit cards as payment.

In addition to residential cleanings, ATOC also provides post-construction cleaning, windows cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure cleaning, and maintenance or handyman services such as small/medium office cleanings, plumbing, electrical/appliances, painting, ceiling/wall/floor repairs, A/C drain cleaning, garage organizing, sprinkler/landscaping, junk removal services,
