If I could give 0 stars I would. Caroline is not professional and she is just a plain and simple liar. She lied to me saying that she was at my house and had already cleaned the bathroom and mopped the floor twice (this was around 8:20am); however, it was not going to be 100% clean... since there was dust everywhere. I told her to do her best ... when I got at the house around 9:30am she was nowhere to be found!! This lady just lied!! She had done nothing at house! I'm just glad I didn't leave her any money. I called her again and her cell phone was turned off. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. NEVER calling her again or recommending her EVER!
