Hello! My name is Stephanie D., owner and operator of A Dog's Life Pet Sitting.
I have been a professional pet sitter in the Gainesville and surrounding area for 25 years.
As a pet owner myself, I know how hard it can be to find someone that you can trust to come into your home and care for your pets. I strive to provide the peace of mind you are looking for, by providing superior care.
I require a FREE Meet and Greet session at least one week prior to your trip in order to meet you, your pets and to get all of the proper instructions for their care and safety.
Some of the tasks that I perform are:
*Feeding
*Walking/playtime/exercise
*Some pets may only require some companionship while you are away. I enjoy sitting with your fur baby and just chatting or reading to them.
*Cleaning/scooping litter box
*Cleaning in and around cages and crates.
Puppies and younger pets may require more clean up or play time. Pet care visits are normally 30-40 minutes long. At the meet and greet, we can discuss any additional time that your individual needs may require.

I am certified in pet care for all types of pets through Pet Sitters International, a training program that I must pass each year.

When I found Stephanie as my kitties' pet sitter I felt blessed. She is wonderful! I came home a day early once to find kitty play toys around my living room and knew she had spent some real time with them. It can be hard to let a stranger into your home, but Stephanie quickly became a trusted friend. I gave her the key to my house after the second visit and never once regretted it. Steph has got to be the best pet sitter on the planet!
