Are you in the Sandwich Generation?

Are you constantly pulled in multiple directions? Perhaps you're balancing a job, raising your children and caring for mom or dad who recently moved in with you. If any of this resonates then welcome to the Sandwich Generation. Aptly named, members of the Sandwich Generation care for children and an aging relative or disabled adult. It's challenging to maintain work/caregiving/life balance when all of this is on your plate. What are the particular struggles you face? How do you make time for you? We'd love to hear from you!
