I am interested in going from a full-time nanny for my son to a shared nanny. My nanny is just AMAZING. Hard to give up. She is bilingual; she is highly educated (she used to be a school principal in Brazil and understands child development phases and practices) and she is now retired here in the USA working as a nanny for my son just because she loves kids! She is on the floor all day long interacting with my son; cooks fresh food everyday; takes care of making him sleep as needed. She is just amazing. However, it is getting expensive to pay by myself.

So, I was wondering if there is anybody around interested in nanny sharing?
