Position Overview: 

HomePay is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead our growing team! In this role, you will be instrumental in coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of Inside Sales Representatives who connect with household employers seeking expert guidance on navigating the complexities of household payroll and HR. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing daily team performance, providing ongoing training and support, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Reports to: Director of Sales

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid out of our downtown office location 3 days per week (Monday/Wednesday/Thursday)

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 8-12 Inside Sales Representatives, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving team and individual quotas.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and average deal size, to ensure objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize team performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to team members, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales on sales forecasting, planning, and execution.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HomePay's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 2-3 years of sales management experience, preferably in inside sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully building, training, managing, and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Data-driven approach with experience analyzing sales metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
  • Passion for helping families navigate the complexities of household employment.

Compensation Target: $76,000 base + $32,000 on target commission ($108,000 total annual OTE) 

Note: Commission is uncapped 

Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
