Serving, table setting, high level flower arrangements for VIP guests and high ranking positions in the Irish embassy. Making plans for the Events in the Irish Embassy Residence and Chancery, that includes cooking,preparing canapes and entrees for formal and informal dinners and events. Welcoming guests from all walks of life in Denmark and Irish People visiting Denmark. Working first hand with the ambassadors and other Ambassadors in different Countries assigned in Denmark. Answering incoming calls,emails and rerouting them to relevant parties. Reporting problems to the ambassador and the official in-charge. Monitoring stocks, ordering, picking up domestic supplies for the embassy. In charge of managing Protocols. Operating computer systems. and i am very particular with details that is my strongest point and my weakest just speaking Swedish but i am trying to resolve it by learning the language.
