I started this cleaning business in January 2018 because I noticed there was a lot of my neighbours lacking experienced local cleaners to help them out with their daily/weekly cleaning duties. Since then, on a part-time basis I have been responsible for the performance of the company. Hiring and training cleaners, providing cleaners with cleaning materials, cold calling for new clients, maintaining good client relationships and performing daily accounts.
