My name is Melany, i'm 26 years old and I grew up in a culture where having a nanny is almost non-existing and it is way more common to ask someone in your family for a little help. Me, being the oldest sister in my family I had to take care of the young ones for long time. I learned how to take care of children since a young age and I had the opportunity to learn how they usually behave depending of their age as well. Take care of their food, make them happy while they miss their mommy/daddy and respect them in all aspect was some of the things i learned in my life taking care of my young family members
