Hello, My name is Carla and I am 23 years old. I live in Mollerussa, a city located near Barcelona (Spain), approximately an hour and a half away. During this course I have been studying the third degree of early childhood education to be a teacher at the University of Lleida (UDL). But I took this course in Mallorca (Palma de Mallorca), since I went on Erasmus, to live the experience and study outside my city and my university to get out of my comfort zone. Before starting my university career I studied a technical cycle in early childhood education to work with children from 0 to 3 years old and currently I can officially work. A couple of summers ago I worked as an Au pair abroad (Ireland) in an Irish family that was caring for a boy (3 years old) and a girl (5 years old). Last summer I went to Wales (New Quay) to look after a 1 and a half year old boy. I have also worked as a babysitter and as a teacher in free-time activities in the summer (camps, extracurricular activities, etc.) in my city.
