We are a new Montessori School offering services to children from infancy through third grade. Our teachers are Montessori certified and we offer multiple daily and weekly schedules to meet every family's need.
This beautiful center has warm and attractive learning centers with experienced,loving and professional staff. When normal classes resume our specialized teachers provide classes in children's yoga and Spanish as a part of the regular curriculum. Other classes include tennis, ballet and karate.
Our normal programs include catered meals from a professional company that provides wholesome, nutritious and appetizing meals that include fresh fruits and vegetables and a variety of delicious foods. Our Food Health and Safety certified staff provides care and attention to each meal served. Special menus are offered to meet special needs.
Our secure and safe software allows parents password key pad and mobile entry to the center.
Great relationships between families is fostered through our active PPA (Parents Participation Association) which is managed by the parents.
We follow rigorous protocols and offer very limited enrollment during Covid-19 with indoor and outdoor play areas. Children are out of doors three times each day for exercise, sunshine and high energy activities. All equipment, toys and furnishings are new. The building is cleaned nightly by a professional bio-tech company. Whenever possible all interactions are touchless with continuous cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day.
The Montessori method uniquely encourages independent thinking and courteous and respectful behavior from children with adults as well as their peers.
Montessori materials are used that stimulate a child's interest that make learning more memorable. This method internalizes independence, coordination, concentration and order. Children learn about plants, animals, the earth, other cultures, mathematical functions and language which teaches vocabulary, writing and reading.
Peppertree Montessori believes both parents are equally important in the life of the child. Therefore "Daddy on Board" encourages dads to go on field trips, schedule story times at the school and share their careers with the children.
