Since no two people are the same, our agency conducts a confidential, in-home assessment to gain a better understanding of your (and your family's) specific needs and expectations. This initial meeting provides you and us with the opportunity to learn about each other and to address any questions you may have about our service. We also use scheduling software that matches our client with our caregiver, to make sure we have a good match from the start. The family can check scheduling and billing online.
Our caregivers can provide many services including supervision with bathing, dressing, medication reminder, social interaction, meal preparation and light housekeeping.
