We start by talking about your needs and wishes through discussions with you and family members that may be involved in your well-being. We are here to meet your needs and your schedule, not ours.
Next, we work with you and your family to develop and individualized plan to manage your daily needs. We match your needs to most suitable, best possible caregiver. If desire, we can bring them to your home and ask you to participate in the selection process.
After one of our highly qualified caregivers (they are ALL licensed, board-certified Certified Nursing Assistants!) has been placed in your home, we will provide continuous personal contact through any combination of telephone check-in, home visits, and supervision by a registered nurse. We believe communication is one of the most important parts of meeting your needs whether you, your loved ones or the caregiver who is providing care to you.
How are personal care services paid for? Personal care homecare services are often a more affordable solution for aging in place. Our services can be paid for through a variety of payers including long-term care insurance policies, governmental programs and self-pay. Our trained client services manager would be happy to assist you in obtaining or selecting the appropriate payor.
About our staff: Our hiring practices meet or exceed all State requirements. We perform pre-employment interviews to ensure that applicants meet the criteria established to be a CareSouth caregiver. We run extensive background screening and reference checks on all applicants, as well as verifying training and licensure.
