Anyone would be lucky to hire Zuly. Her credentials and expertise excel above the average caregiver hired through any company. Her professionalism is rated as high as her personal kindness. When Zuly suggests action to improve the quality of the patient and the family, D0 IT! She protects her patients, keeping them clean, well-fed (she's a great cook), and social (game playing, etc.). Her communication skills are above par with her ability to discuss matters with the family and listen to her patients true needs. My mother, her patient, is an 87-yr-old with four years of Alzheimer's. Zuly does not fear Alzheimer's, which I had experienced with all the other hired caregivers that I let go because they did not meet basic kindness and professionalism. She steps right in and gets the shower done meals, does, take her for drives (make sure to cover the .70 cents per mileage). I have kept Zuly on for the past 10 months and she continues to impress me with all she can get accomplished, and even does household chores. Zuly goes above and beyond. Treat her well and your family member who needs care and healing will be very grateful. I know I am! Thank you, Zuly!!!!!!
