Hi really hate having to write a bad review, hut Zuleima at your own risk, you have been warned. We hired Zuleima a few times to watch our dog for a few hours in our home and all seemed to go alright. THEN last week we hired Zuleima to board our dog for a few days and worked out a rate that we agreed upon. I should have realized things weren't going well when her follow-up communication was basically non-existent, I had to call her several times as she didn't return my texts. I called her on the morning of the dog drop-off and she did answer and confirmed the time and address. AN HOUR before the agreed drop off, she sent a TEXT saying that she broke up with her boyfriend and couldn't watch my dog. I literally pleaded for her not to do this and how could we work it our and called her and she sent me straight to voicemail and not follow-up text. In the end I had to send my terrified dog to a boarding hotels and pray for the best.
