About Zoie

I have 8+ years of experience working with students of all ages in a variety of school related activities such as tutoring and summer camps. Additionally, I have six months of experience as the primary educator for a first grade student. Through a homeschool setting I was able to develop and implement my own curriculum to best suit my students needs. At the end of the semester my student was above proficiency levels in all state tested subject areas. I have a passion for early childhood education and am pursuing that passion on a collegiate level. I am comfortable teaching Spanish as I am proficient to the intermediate level, working towards certification to become an English teacher to Spanish speakers. While I love education and helping children with learning, I also love cheering for them at soccer games and doing household activities like cooking and crafts. I enjoy being around children of all ages and am comfortable with caring for up to 4 children in a family.
