We do not like having to leave a negative review. We trusted her and she betrayed our trust. Even after 4 months, we still had to remind her how to do some tasks. We made up a book for the daily tasks, WITH PICTURES, to help her. We went overboard to be generous, understanding and kind to her. Hind sight, no one should take that long to grasp normal housekeeping / caregiving tasks. If hired, we recommend security cameras or nanny cams. What we viewed on our Security/Nanny Cams is why her contract employment was terminated. She is kind with pets, not attentive timely, but kind and gentle.
