We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Zoey as a caregiver for my mother. Although she has only been with us for a week, her impact has been nothing short of amazing. With Zoey on the job, I have complete peace of mind knowing my mother is in excellent hands. Zoey not only handles all the essential caregiving tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and grocery shopping, but she also goes above and beyond in her role. Her communication skills are truly outstanding. She keeps us well-informed and has thoughtfully created a detailed log to record daily events. When we mentioned our interest in hiring a caregiver for a second shift, Zoey took the initiative to create an ad on our behalf and even assisted with the interviewing process. Her proactive attitude and willingness to help demonstrate her dedication to her role and to our family’s needs.
