I like working with animals because I have a soft spot for them and it's been a dream job of mine to provide the love and care that they need, especially if their owners are unavailable to be with them at times. I'm looking to provide comfort for them, as well as a safe space to play and interact with. I have been working as a sitter for animals since I was a child. Experience includes staying overnight or for a weekend to dogsit for family, and at my last employment I was entrusted to watch my employer's three dogs for a week and a half while they were out of town. I adjust to new schedules very well and I am very flexible. My skills include keeping a routine for all animals involved, including feeding, playtime, cuddles, and bath time when needed. I take the time to learn the habits and interests of the animal/s in my care, such as a favorite snack/toy/playtime activity. I also believe it is very important to build a bond and a two-way channel trust with the pets in my care.
