I have been a babysitter and caregiver for children since age 14, including providing full time care for my sister from 6-months to age five. I have also worked as a teaching intern in a Montessori-style preschool. I have a love of creativity and learning, especially crafts. I am comfortable in the kitchen myself and I love cooking with little helpers, and I am able to help children learn to cook, clean, and do age appropriate care tasks independently. I have a valid drivers' license with no points or tickets, I have my own car, and I am happy to pick children up from school and take them to any activities, appointments, or just to the park or the library for a change of pace. I am very comfortable assisting with homework and keeping children on task. I can assist with homework for any age, and am comfortable tutoring through grade 8. I have experience in helping children with ADHD complete school work successfully.

Zoe has worked with us for the past nine months, and she has become like family to us. As a first time mom, Zoe’s knowledge and experience has been instrumental in helping me navigate the first year with an infant. Her calm demeanor and confidence helped both my daughter and I as we worked through new foods, testing for allergies, first steps, new words and other developmental milestones. Zoe was flexible and always worked with our schedule; she even took on extra hours and watched our daughter on evenings or weekends here and there for date nights. We were lucky, as she was the only one we trusted to watch our daughter other than family. My daughter looked forward to seeing Zoe each day, and we would have worked with Zoe as long as possible but unfortunately, we are moving away and now have to try to find someone as amazing as Zoe. We are disappointed to lose her, but know she will make another family extremely happy and they will be lucky to have her.
