About Zoe

I have several years of math tutoring experience, from 6th grade to college seniors. I started tutoring grades 6 through 9 when I was in high school, and went on to tutor college students in math, physics, and biology during my undergraduate studies at the University Of Virginia. My mission is to help my students understand math in what ever way works best for them. Math is hard, and there is no one way to teach or learn it. My process is to meet my students at the level they are at, learn how they prefer to learn, and go from there. No matter if they need me for re-teaching them the day's lesson, homework help, or preparing for a test, we'll walk through problems together step-by-step until they achieve a high level of comprehension with minimal need for memorization.
