About Zoe

I am a conscientious, warm, and creative person :) I like working with kids because I find their innate curiosity and joy to be inspiring. I'm looking for a job that is either at a regular time 1-3 times a week for 2-4 hrs at a time or spread out more flexibly during the week for 4-12 hrs total. I started working with kids when I babysat in high school for family friends. Since then, I taught early childhood music classes (birth through age 6) through University of Delaware's Community Music School for 2 years. While in DE, I also babysat for local families with children ages 7 months through 4 years, led songwriting workshops for middle schoolers, and taught voice lessons for students ages 8-16. In my spare time, I like to cook and bake, practice yoga, and spend time outside in nature. My strengths are creativity, attentiveness, and patience.
