We thought Zoe was going to be a great help to us. She was friendly, and had glowing references. Unfortunately, once hired she didn't show much enthusiasm. She didn't show up to feed household pets and do other tasks on a day when I was out of town and she told my housekeeper she would be here, and she quit after just a few weeks of work because she got a retail job and was more interested in that. She a nice person, but I think she lacks maturity and follow-through. We were disappointed.
