Hello! My name is Zoë, but I just go by Z. I have five years of in home care experience with individuals with varying diagnoses, including cerebral palsy, intellectual impairment, hearing impairment, traumatic brain injuries and especially paranoid schizophrenia. My strengths are building trust, showing respect and true attention for the individuals I care for and their experiences, as well as maintaining a safe but comfortable environment where whoever I am working with feels seen, and never overlooked or dismissed. I have plenty of personal references who would happily attest to my abilities to create strong relationships with the people I care for, based on trust I create from taking the time to know my clients personally, and genuinely connect with them.
