I've worked with children and indivis ages 3 - 21 with various special needs. I have a masters degree in applied behavioral science and feel passionately about compassionate care and encouraging an individuals independence while focusing on their strengths. Due to the nature of my job, I have years of experience remaining calm during crisis or emergency situations, ranging from seizures to aggressive behaviors.
