I am an educated child care provider and mother of 5 with over 15 years of experience with children (ages newborn to teens). I am seeking to provide child care services, engage children in entertainment and outings, help manage activities and play by creating a safe and caring environment for them. I am looking for a position that will utilize and develop a diversity of skills. I'm fully experienced to sleep train babies. What is sleep training? Sleep training is a method of trying to get your baby to sleep through the night before it happens naturally. Some babies naturally fall into a rhythm of night and day at just a few weeks old, whereas others may longer to really settle. As with everything to do with your baby sleep is an issue which is unique to each child. This means sleep training may work better for one baby than another, but if you are feeling totally frazzled then it is worth to try and allow me to help you by sleep training your bundle of joy.

Zlaikha is a world class nanny! She worked with a high profile client of mine and traveled to Los Angeles to take on the job ( I own and operate a nanny agency). The family absolutely loved her. She was hired for a temp one month job and was called back to work for them on many occasions, even traveling with the family to Chicago. Her expertise and knowledge were invaluable to our client, and they were so grateful to have had Zlaikha on the team, sharing her advice on all things from helping their baby to fall asleep without a pacifier, to getting their baby on a better daytime schedule. Any family would be lucky to have Zlaikha as a part of their family and we would gladly place her with future clients. We just need her to relocate to Los Angeles! :)
