About Zinnia

I am dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. My passion for working with children stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my talent for fostering their development and making a positive impact on their lives. Equipped with Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development Coursework, I am well-versed in child development and best practices in child care. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and prioritize keeping them informed about their child's day and any arising issues through verbal communication, regular text updates, or phone calls, depending on their preferred method. Patient, calm, and friendly, I am skilled at engaging children in a variety of age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Being an older sister my whole life has also extended my care taking abilities, I have always had to babysit and tutor my younger siblings and cousins.
