She is an enjoyable caregiver and provides support to family members, as well as, she is willing to share her knowledge of the eldercare system so that the family is aware of the services that may be available. Zina not only cared for mom, she assisted in caring for mom's dog. She never complained of any task requested of her and always smiled and conveyed a positive attitude.
