As a childcare provider with three years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles have been incredibly rewarding, and I'm motivated by the positive impact I can make on young lives. My patient and calm personality, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children on their level and make learning fun. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow their preferred communication method to ensure we're on the same page. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure that the children are aware of and adhere to them. My approach to playtime is a mix of outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time, and I'm willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping.
