My calm and friendly demeanor allows me to connect easily with children and build trusting relationships with parents. Open communication is vital, so I ensure regular verbal updates during pickup and follow the parents' preferred communication method to address any concerns promptly. While I respectfully follow the household rules set by the parents, I'm comfortable enforcing them consistently and fairly. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, and I have a car, so transportation isn't an issue. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping tasks.
