Zhanellis’ reliability, compassion, and professionalism is what makes her such an amazing care specialist. Initially, I was skeptical on placing my trust in a facility. My Grandmother is ill and needs bedside assistance, as she cannot do anything for herself anymore. Zhanellis took such great care of her. Any questions or concerns I’ve had, she answered them and explained things to me in a way I can understand. She treated my relative as if she were her own. No words can explain how grateful I am of her.
