About Zella

I love working with kids because I thoroughly enjoy the individuality that comes with getting to meet and babysit every kid. Being at school, I always wished I could babysit an infant or babysit the kids that I saw and then I eventually got to. As well as this I am currently volunteering with a local music therapy center and I have fell in love with the creativity and love for music that these children have. This experience has rejuvenated my love for kids and music. I started working with kids when I was in 6th grade and I started in my church. As well as this, my love of kids grew from Jill's Buddy camp which is a camp for specialized learning for special needs preschool kids in the Roanoke valley. My skills include knowing how to acknowledge each child in their ability to cope and interact with other children. I also am an advocate for getting outside and straying away from technology, and I appreciate each ones ability to express themselves.
