Zainab has been watching our infant son for several months and is hands-down the best nanny we could've asked for! She's incredibly attentive, patient, energetic, and fun. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and our son is always giggling and screeching with delight when they're together. Zainab is great at following detailed instructions and tailoring her care to the growing needs of our child. She's also a terrific communicator — she gives thoughtful reports on the goings-on of the day, shares any concerns she has promptly, and checks in with photos/videos throughout the day so we know how our son is doing. Zainab also takes play very seriously! She does her own research to find creative, age-appropriate activities to share with our kid, always coming up with new ways to engage his attention and help him practice his growing skills. She makes sure he gets plenty of fresh air when the weather is nice, taking him to the library, park, etc. (always with our permission, of course). Best of all, Zainab is incredibly patient, gentle, and affectionate. Even when our son is being incredibly fussy/teething/refusing his bottle over and over, Zainab stays cool-headed and compassionate. She's great at reading his cues and getting him what he needs when he needs it. We would highly, highly recommend Zainab as a babysitter/nanny!
