Za came into our lives at a critical time when I was pregnant with my second daughter and had an active two year old. She has become a member of the family over the past 2.5 years that she has worked for us. She has been responsible, punctual, and trustworthy. She trusted her to care for my newborn alone for up to eight hours a day. She has been able to independently care for young children. Some of her responsibilities have included transporting our girls to and from school. She has proven to be a very safe driver. She has taken on some household management tasks as well. I know that a future family will be fortunate to have her!
