I also do infant massage and exercises. I can keep a regular feeding and sleep schedule, do the baby's laundry and help with light housework. I am looking for part-time/full-time work, a few days per week. I speak fluent Persian and intermediate English. I am CPR certified and taking English courses to increase my proficiency.

Sahar is the best caregiver we could have asked for. She is caring and respectful, industrious and hard working, and highly skilled as a former nurse. She was kind to my 97 year old parents, treated them with courtesy and patience, and I trusted her totally with their care. When mom came back home from skilled nursing after a bad fall, Sahar was invaluable in getting mom oriented to living at home safely again. We felt at ease knowing she was on mom’s care team: what a gift that was for our family. I recommend her without hesitation: Sahar is a gem, we’re grateful to have found her.
