About Zachary

Hi there! My name is Zack and I'm an energetic, creative, and fun professional who loves to make safe and magical experiences for kids and families. I have five years experience in summer camp/outdoor science school management so I love sharing the magic of nature with the kids I work with. My career is in residential youth care and have tons of experience working in therapeutic facilities, foster homes, and group homes for teens. I use the CASA Developmental Framework for a therapeutic approach that allows for attuning to a child's needs. Some more facts about me: -I have worked with children of all ages, but have the most experience with 12-17 (they think I'm cool and angsty attitude doesn't bother me) -My bachelors is in Outdoor Recreation and Tourism Management and I plan on getting my masters in Family Therapy. - Comfortable working with animals (I worked at a zoo) -big movie/tv/board game nerd -i'm originally from Nashville, Go Preds!
