Hello, My name is Zach. I am an experienced support professional for children and adults with ID/DD. I have nearly 10 years of providing services for individuals with ID/DD both as a direct support professional and in administrative capacities. I am first aid/CPR certified, have an up to date food handlers card, and am experienced in person centered service planning and delivery. I've supported people living in group homes, apartment buildings, their own home, and with their family. Comfortable with transfers, cooking, medication administration, elimination supporting, bathing, etc. Trained in using a hoyer lift but would benefit from a refresher :). All of that said, my favorite part of doing this work is getting to know the folks I get to support. I've built lasting relationships with former clients that mean a lot to mean.
