Yvonne was the first nanny I hired and she has set the bar very high. She worked with us for over 4 months from when my baby was 8 months to 1 year. She was great at communicating and I completely trusted her to leave her alone with my daughter. I appreciate that during baby O's wake windows she was constantly engaging with her and never on her phone. I also never had to tell her what to do. With her experience and natural care-taking skills she just knew what to do and would even teach me some things. So sad that she is moving but another family will be lucky enough to have her. Highly recommend!
