Yvonne looked after our 11-month-old twins for a week this summer. Yvonne was very punctual, reliable, and accommodating, and demonstrated a warm, enthusiastic and caring demeanour towards the babies, including playing with them at home and taking them out to the park and playground. Our twins enjoyed their time with her, and she handled all their needs over the course of the day —feeding, diaper changes, and nap times—well.
