About Yuri

I'm a caring and experienced special educator who is passionate about positively impacting children's lives. With a graduate degree in my back pocket and six years of experience under my belt, I'm confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing environment for your little ones. I believe in fostering a child's development through play and exploration. I enjoy engaging children in educational games, puzzles, and creative activities that stimulate their minds and imaginations. I'm patient and calm, and I have a knack for communicating effectively with children of all ages. I keep parents informed about their child's day. I'm experienced in caring for children between the ages of four and 11. I worked two and half years as AuPair taking care of two kids (one of them with ADHD), then I worked as a teacher in a residential program at a school for kids with autism for three years, and currently I work at a public middle school as special educator.
