Hello to you, About Me: I have 3 children of my own and one who was born with mild autism 25 years ago as his Superpower. I have experience in management as a Lead Behavioral Technician Trainer w/a 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification. I have worked with kiddos from the ages from 2- 6 yrs old with autism and behavioral challenges by being very supportive and assisting when faced with challenging behaviors. I also acknowledge the kiddos feelings in difficult and non-difficult times to let them know that they are seen and heard. So whether you have a child on the spectrum or not, my patients & compassion for what I do is from the heart along with my personal experience. Also, I have worked in a clinic setting and school based setting with children of all ages.
