Yun is incredible and I am beyond grateful to have found her!!! I am a first-time mom with a 5 month old baby boy and I was looking for part time care so I could have some relief during the week. My hope was to find someone who could speak Mandarin to him, attentively meet his growing needs, and create a fun, loving, and educational environment. She has met all of those wishes and even within the first few weeks she has taught me SO much, as she is a mother of two herself, has years of experience as an educator, and has successfully cared for so many others (I spoke to the references she provided). My son's sleep routines have improved, his eating schedule, his mobility (rolling!), and we've even introduced solids together. So many milestones that seem quite intimidating as a new mom already feel much more manageable and exciting with Yun as a support. She has a wealth of knowledge and also has such a positive, bubbly, and youthful energy--my son is already so happy and giggly in her presence. She is focused on her role, fully present with my son, respects my parenting choices, and I could tell immediately how much she truly cares about the work she is doing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know and personally hope to have her as a resource for a very long time to come!
