From the moment she joined our family, she has been so much more than just a caregiver—she has been a best friend to our daughter, a source of warmth and love in our home, and truly like family to us. The bond she shares with our little girl is something so special, and seeing them together has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. She has played a huge role in our daughter’s development, and I have no doubt that her patience, dedication, and nurturing spirit have helped her thrive in ways we never could have imagined. Beyond her incredible care for our daughter, she has been a reliable, hardworking, and loving presence in our home. She has never once called out, is always punctual, and is incredibly flexible whenever we need her. She helps with cleaning and laundry, and she has been amazing with our three large dogs. She also has introduced Japanese to our daughter, which has been such a gift. The only reason why we have parted ways with Yuna is because I am leaving my job and becoming a stay at home mom as I am pregnant again. I truly cannot say enough about how lucky anyone would be to have her. She has given us so much love and support and will forever be our first contact for any needs in the future. We trust and love her so much!
