Hello! I have about 3 years of experience total as an AuPair, full-time and part-time babysitter, and volunteer at a Japanese daycare. I incorporate Montessori principles and Japanese language education (I'm a Japanese native speaker) into my babysitting, nurturing children's growth, curiosity, and creativity while building a fun, supportive relationship like an older sister. As an AuPair, I cared for three children for 2 years: an 8-year-old girl, a 5-year-old boy, and a 2-year-old boy, completing CPR and First Aid training. As a full-time babysitter, I cared for a 4-year-old girl and a 8-month-old boy, implementing sleep training. My friendly, creative personality helps me connect with children easily.
