Ysanne came through for me and the family in a clutch. It was so last minute I didn't think I was going to find anyone. She mentioned that she didn't drive so that was a concern at first, but she manages her transportation situation very well. My daughter took to Ysanne very quickly so I was pleased with that (she can be very discerning). Ysanne was entrusted to be in my home all night by herself, and I felt comfortable with her there. She also somehow got the entire laundry room that was full of clothes done during that time...Yeaaaahh!! I cant say enough nice things about Ysanne. I will definitely call on her again if the need should arise.
